Return Policies
We at Bass & Treble do our best to represent merchandise truthfully. We welcome any and all questions you may have prior to your purchase. In spite of our best efforts, we realize that occasionally a customer may not be totally satisfied with their purchase. So here's the deal; you have 48 hours from the time you receive your purchase to reject it. Please call, fax or e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt if you decide to return. You must ship your return promptly. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. Bass & Treble Music reserves the right to charge a "Restock Fee" of up to 10%. A refund of the purchase price less shipping, insurance & restocking fee will be made to your account upon our receipt of the item in satisfactory condition. SPECIAL NOTE TO BUYERS: All instruments shipped by Bass & Treble are adjusted to optimum standards. Your own preferences may require some fine adjustments, so before rejecting an item you may wish to check with us or your local luthier/repair-person.
Shipping Policies
We promptly ship all purchases via UPS. Customer is responsible for exact shipping and insurance.
